    Bancolombia won the first place for its strategies to offer clients different online services, its success in campaigns to motivate clients to use internet banking, the growth in the number of clients using online services, and the design and functionality of the bank’s website.

  • Portafolio, a major Colombian news publication, recognize Bancolombia as the Elite Company in customer service
    For the second consecutive year, 1,100 members of the business community from 12 cities of Colombia chose Bancolombia as a leader in customer service.

  • Bancolombia receives awards from Global Network Services -GNS- for its work with the American Express franchise in 2010
    Bancolombia received two prizes and an honorific mention during the Global Network Services’ (GNS) annual awards program which recognizes the best banks that offer American Express. The three awards received by Bancolombia were: 2010 Global Network Services President's Award for Outstanding Performance, 2010 Global Network Services Marketing Award Honourable Mention, and 2010 Global Network Services Marketing Award.

  • Renting Colombia (Bancolombia’s operating lease subsidiary) receives prize by Bavaria -a subsidiary of SABMiller-
    In the IV version of the “Bavaria Suppliers 2011 Awards”, Bavaria recognized Renting Colombia as Best Supplier in the Operating Services category. Bancolombia’s subsidiary currently manages Bavaria´s sales and distribution fleet, which is composed of 1,280 vehicles.

The survey gauges aspects such as strength in the market, profitability, growth potential, human talent, and earnings results.
